Usernames & Hidden Mode

Your username is how the rest of Betmode sees you — on bets, in the live wins feed and on the leaderboard. Here's how to pick one, and how to disappear from view entirely.

Picking your username

When you first sign in, you're playing under a random username we gave you at registration. Keep it, or claim your own — 3 to 30 letters or numbers, no spaces or symbols.

Choose carefully: a username can be set once and can't be changed later. Pick a name you'll still want next to your biggest win.

Where your username shows up

• The live wins feed — your wins scroll across the site, with your name and the amount.
• Leaderboards and races — your position in live races is public under your username.
• Your bets — anyone checking a bet sees the username behind it.

Hidden mode

Rather play unseen? Switch on Hidden mode and your username is hidden from all bets — no name in the wins feed, no name on your bets. You keep playing exactly as before: your balance, rewards and rakeback are untouched; the only thing that changes is who can see you.

You can turn Hidden mode on when you pick your username, or any time afterwards from your account settings.
