Want to close your Betmode account — for a while, or for good? It's your call, and it goes through our support team so we can do it properly.

How to close your account

Reach out to support via live chat on betmode.io and tell us whether you want a temporary break or a permanent closure. We'll verify it's you, confirm what you've asked for, and take care of the rest.

Before you close

• Withdraw your balance first — standard withdrawal procedures and verification checks apply.
• Claim any outstanding rakeback or rewards — unclaimed rewards don't follow you out.
• Double-check the Bounty or any active promotion — progress on an open offer is lost when the account closes.

Deleting your data

Closing an account and deleting your data aren't quite the same thing. On request we delete the personal data we can, but as a licensed operator we're required to retain certain records for a legally mandated period. Ask support and we'll tell you exactly what goes and what must stay, and for how long.
