Changing Your Profile Information

Everything about your profile lives in one place. Open Account in the bottom bar (or your avatar in the top right) and you're in Settings — here's what you can change there, and what's locked in.

What you can change

• Profile details — your first name, last name, date of birth and country. Fill them in and hit Save changes.
• Hidden mode — switch it on and your username is hidden from all bets. See Usernames & Hidden Mode for the details.
• Reward alerts — show or mute the notices that appear when a player claims a reward, each with the transaction to verify it.
• Linked accounts — connect apps like Telegram to unlock more features and benefits.

What's locked in

• Your username — set once at registration and can't be changed, so pick it with care.
• Your email — it's your login key. To move your account to a new email address, contact support on live chat so we can verify it's really you.

Your User-ID

At the top of Settings you'll find your User-ID, with a one-tap Copy User-ID button. It identifies your account without exposing your email — include it when you contact support and we'll find you instantly.
