How to Contact Support

Help us help you fast
- Your username or User-ID (Account → Settings → Copy User-ID).
- For a bet issue: the transaction hash from the bet's Verify link, or a screenshot of the bet row.
- For a deposit or withdrawal: the transaction hash and the amount.
- For anything else: a screenshot beats a description.
Complaints and disputes
If something needs more than a quick fix, raise it via live chat using your registered email. We aim to respond within days, and always within 28 days. Note: disputes about a specific wager must be raised within 3 days of the bet being settled. Unresolved complaints escalate to management, and ultimately to arbitration under the General Terms & Conditions.
One thing support will never do
We will never ask for your magic-link email, your wallet's seed phrase, or a deposit to 'release' winnings. Anyone asking is not Betmode — see Recognizing Scam Sites & Phishing.
