Transaction Delays or Failures
Updated October 7, 2026
Crypto transactions are usually quick, but the network sets the pace. If something hasn't arrived, work through this list before worrying.
Deposit not showing up?
- Give it a few minutes — your deposit needs network confirmations before it's credited.
- Check the transaction hash on a block explorer — if it shows as confirmed on-chain but not in your balance, contact support with the hash.
- Check what you sent — the right currency, on the right network, to the address from your cashier? If any of those is off, see Deposit or Withdrawal Address Errors.
Withdrawal taking long?
Most withdrawals move quickly once approved. Your first withdrawal includes an identity check, and some withdrawals go through additional security checks — that's the most common reason for a wait. If a withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, contact support with the amount and time of the request.
Network congestion
When the network is busy, confirmations take longer for everyone — including us. The transaction isn't lost: you can watch it move on the explorer the whole way.
