Deposit or Withdrawal Address Errors
Updated October 7, 2026
Crypto transfers are final — there's no bank to call and no chargeback. Thirty seconds of double-checking beats any recovery process.
The three mistakes that matter
- Wrong network — sending USDC on a network other than the one selected in the cashier. The funds land somewhere we can't credit, and recovery is often impossible.
- Wrong token — sending a different coin to your USDC deposit address. Same problem: it may be unrecoverable.
- Wrong address — a mistyped or old address. Funds sent to an address nobody controls are gone for good.
How to stay safe
- Always copy the deposit address fresh from the cashier (or scan the QR code) — never from an old transaction.
- Check the first and last characters of the address after pasting.
- Sending a large amount? Send a small test transaction first.
Already made a mistake?
Contact support right away with the transaction hash, the amount, and what happened. We'll tell you honestly whether it's recoverable — some wrong-network cases can be rescued, but we can't promise recovery, and unrecoverable transfers are lost.
