How to Find Your Transaction Hash
Updated October 7, 2026
A transaction hash (or tx ID) is the fingerprint of a crypto transfer — a long string starting with 0x that identifies it on the blockchain. Support will often ask for it, because with the hash we can see exactly what happened.
From your wallet
Open the transaction in your wallet's history (MetaMask, Rabby, your exchange, etc.) and look for 'transaction hash', 'tx ID' or 'view on explorer'. Copy the full string.
From the block explorer
Search your own wallet address on the network's block explorer (for Betmode deposits: Etherlink or Ethereum, depending on the transfer) and open the relevant transfer — the hash is at the top of the page.
From Betmode
Betmode bets and payouts settle on-chain too: in the Latest Bets feed and your bet history, the Verify link opens the exact transaction on the Etherlink explorer, hash and all.
