Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion locks you out of Betmode for a period you choose — and once it's set, nobody can talk it open again, including you.

Your options

• Cooling-off — a short break of 2 or 7 days, arranged via support. Lighter, and temporary.
• Self-exclusion — 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Activated with a click of a button, effective immediately.

How it works

• Once active, a self-exclusion cannot be removed, decreased or reverted — that's the point.
• When a fixed period ends, the account isn't reopened automatically: reactivation is manual, through support, and you'll be notified by email.
• A permanent exclusion is permanent.
