Betmode is built in the open — and that includes what we build next. We're a small team shipping fast, which means a good idea from a player can reach the site quickly. Tell us what's missing, what's clunky, or which game we need.

How to share feedback

• Live chat — the fastest route. Open chat on betmode.io and tell us straight; it goes to the people building the product, not into a ticket queue.
• Game requests — missing a slot, a live table or a whole provider? Name it and we'll take it to our game providers.

Making your feedback count

• Be specific — “add a turbo mode to Mines” beats “make the games better”.
• Tell us why — what would it change about how you play?
• Keep it constructive — ideas move faster than complaints.

What happens next?

Everything gets read. We prioritise by player impact and feasibility — we can't build it all, but the roadmap is shaped by what players ask for.
