Frequently asked questions
How do I level up?
Levelling up is simple: wager and earn XP. Every $1 you wager earns 20 XP, and every new player starts with 100 XP on the house. Every bet you place moves you up the ladder.
What is rakeback?
Earn money back on every bet you place. Claim your rakeback any time from the rewards dropdown or the VIP Rewards page. It never expires, so you can always claim your rewards.
How much are the rewards worth, and how are they calculated?
While we don't disclose the exact percentage of rakeback and rewards, the higher you rank, the more you earn.
